Cars Toys
You probably noticed Cars toys are still very popular, even a year after the movie is out. Word has it Mattel is not making any more. Ebay seems to be one of the places you can find them easily. There were fewer made of some of these diecast cars and these have become "collectible". The 1:64 diecast run ~ $5-10 each for the "common" ones.
Based on prices ($-$$$) currently online at BizRate and Ebay, here is a rough "rarity list". There were originally about 24 different models possible, but there are more now (Bug Eating McQueen for one).
