Cars fabric squares are available on Ebay (see our Fabric page) which you could use to make your Cars appliques. You may be able to find Cars fabric at your local fabric store.
To make your own applique:
You will need Fusible Web (or heat activated adhesive)
I used Heat N Bond Ultra. This is available on line or on Ebay. The Ebay prices seem inexpensive. (see below). The Ultra seems to provide better adhesion than the Lite. If searching Ebay, you may have to look in the Ebay Stores (if the results are empty below, use the box to get to Ebay and shop Stores)
Follow the instructions on this page to create your applique
After you create it, iron it on. To make it last longer, stitch around the edges or use additional fabric glue (from a bottle).
